Ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n tahliyesi, m\u00fclkiyet hakk\u0131 ile bar\u0131nma hakk\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki dengeyi korumak amac\u0131yla <span style=\"color: #E67E22;\">s\u0131k\u0131 \u015fekil \u015fartlar\u0131na<\/span> ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. G\u00fcncel mevzuat uyar\u0131nca, kiraya verenin kirac\u0131y\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131nmazdan \u00e7\u0131karabilmesi i\u00e7in kanunda say\u0131lan s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 tahliye sebeplerinden birinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve usul\u00fcne uygun bir dava s\u00fcrecinin i\u015fletilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #1A5276;\">Gereksinim (\u0130htiya\u00e7) Nedeniyle Tahliye<\/h2>\n<p style=\"color: #2C2C2C;\">Kiraya verenin, kendisi, e\u015fi, altsoyu, \u00fcstsoyu veya kanun gere\u011fi bakmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu di\u011fer ki\u015filer i\u00e7in konut veya i\u015fyeri gereksinimi do\u011fmas\u0131 durumunda tahliye davas\u0131 a\u00e7ma hakk\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.
